Body:

Round 2: Inc in each st around (12)
Round 3: *sc in next st, inc in next st* repeat around (18)

Rounds 5-8: sc in each st around (24)

Stuff your ghost lightly, then continue.
Round 11: Dec around (6)
Finish off and close the hole with a yarn needle.

Arms (make 2):

Round 1: Make a magic ring, ch 1, 5 sc in magic ring (5)
Rounds 2-5: sc in each st around (5)
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Finishing:
