Materials Needed

Pattern

Head/Body

1. With cream yarn, start with a magic ring.
   • Round 1: 6 sc in ring (6 sts)
2. Round 2: Inc in each st around (12 sts)
3. Round 3: (Sc in next st, inc) around (18 sts)
4. Rounds 4-9: Sc in each st around (18 sts)
5. Begin decreasing and shaping body.
   • Round 10: (Sc in next st, dec) around (12 sts)
6. Change to black yarn.
   • Rounds 11-15: Sc in each st around (12 sts)
7. Stuff the head and body lightly.

Arms (make 2)

1. With cream yarn, ch 2.

2. Row 2: Inc, ch 1, turn (2 sts)
3. Change to black yarn.
   • Rows 3-8: Sc across, ch 1, turn (2 sts)

Hat

Skirt

3. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Broom

1. Attach brown yarn to stick.
2. Wrap yarn multiple times at end to form bristles.

Assembly

1. Sew arms to sides of body.
2. Attach safety eyes and embroider features on face.
3. Place hat on head securely.
4. Attach broom to one arm.
