Pattern:
Base Round:
- With brown yarn, make a magic ring.

Round 1:
- Ch 3 (counts as first dc), then in the same stitch, work 2 dc to create a cluster.

- Repeat from * around, ending with a ch 2. Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch-3.
Round 2:
- Change to cream yarn. Ch 4 (counts as first tr), in the same cluster, work 2 tr.
- In the ch-2 space, work 3 tr. Repeat from * around. Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch-4.
Round 3:
- Incream yarn, ch 3 (counts as first dc), then work 1 dc in each tr around the coaster.
- Join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch-3.
Finishing:
- Fasten off and weave in all ends using a tapestry needle.
- Block if desired to maintain shape.
