Charming Textured Dishcloth Pattern

Materials Needed:

• Worsted weight cotton yarn (approx. 100 yards)
• Size H-8 (5mm) crochet hook
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle for weaving ends

Stitches Used:

• Chain (ch)
• Single Crochet (sc)
• Double Crochet (dc)
• Slip Stitch (sl st)

Pattern Instructions:

1. Chain 31 (or desired width).
2. Row 1: In the 2nd chain from the hook, make 1 sc. *Make 1 dc in the next chain, then 1 sc in the next chain. Repeat from * until the end of the row. (You will end with 1 sc in the last chain).
3. Row 2: Ch 1, turn. Make 1 sc in the first sc. *Make 1 dc in the next dc, 1 sc in the next sc. Repeat from * until the end of the row, ending with 1 sc in the last sc.
4. Repeat Row 2 until the piece measures approximately 10 inches or desired length.
5. Finish with a slip stitch in the next stitch. Cut the yarn and pull through. Weave in all ends.
