Instructions

Foundation Row

1. Ch 66.

Row 1

1. Sc in the second ch from hook, *ch 1, skip next ch, sc in next ch; rep from * across, turn.

Row 2

1. Ch 2 (does not count as a st here and throughout), dc in first sc, *ch 1, skip next ch, dc in next sc; rep from * across, ending with 1 dc in top of turning ch, turn.

Row 3

1. Ch 1, sc in first dc, *ch 1, skip next ch, sc in next dc; rep from * across, turn.

Rows 4-50

1. Rep rows 2 and 3 until blanket measures approximately 36".

Border

1. With the right side facing, join yarn at any corner, sc evenly around entire border of the blanket, working 3 sc in each corner.
2. Fasten off and weave in all ends with a tapestry needle.
