Materials

• Worsted weight yarn: light blue, dark blue, beige, black, white, and brown.

Instructions

Head

1. With beige yarn, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)
3. Round 2: inc in each st around. (12 sts)
4. Round 3: (sc, inc) around. (18 sts)
5. Round 4: (2 sc, inc) around. (24 sts)
6. Continue increasing similarly until you have 42 sts.
7. Rounds 5-14: sc in each st around. (42 sts)
8. Insert safety eyes between Rounds 8 and 9, with 7 sts between them.
9. Stuff the head firmly as you go.
10. Begin decreasing to close the head, similar to increasing, but with dec.

Body and Overalls

1. With blue yarn, join with a sl st to any st on the last row of the head.
2. Round 1: (sc, dec) around. (28 sts)
3. Round 2: sc in each st around.
4. Rounds 3-12: repeat Round 2.
5. Change to darker blue for the overalls; sl st to next st and ch 1.
6. Work 5 rows of sc for the overall front across 14 sts.
7. Sew two buttons on either side of the overall top.

Arms (Make 2)

1. With beige, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)

5. Change to light blue and work 6 more rounds.

1. With dark blue, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)
3. Round 2: inc in each st around. (12 sts)
4. Continue to increase following the head's pattern until you have 36 sts.
5. Rounds 5-10: sc in each st around.
6. Finish off and place on the doll's head.

Puppy

1. With white, make a magic ring.
2. Round 1: 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)
3. Round 2: (sc, inc) around. (9 sts)
4. Round 3-4: sc in each st around.
5. Finish with a beige muzzle and brown ears, place safety eyes.
6. Attach any additional markings with brown yarn.
