Crochet Textured Chic Ear Saver Strap Free Pattern

Materials Needed:

  • Worsted weight yarn (approx. 50 yards)
  • 4.5 mm (G) crochet hook
  • Wooden buttons (2 per strap)
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry needle

Gauge:

16 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in double crochet.

Abbreviations:

  • ch = chain
  • dc = double crochet
  • sl st = slip stitch
  • sp = space

Finished Size:

Approximately 8 inches long and 2 inches wide.

Pattern Instructions:

  1. Foundation Row: Ch 30.
  2. Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, dc in each ch across. (28 dc)
    • Turn your work.
  3. Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first dc here and throughout), *dc in next st, dc in the sp between the next two dc; repeat from * across, ending with a dc in the last st. (28 dc)
