Pattern Instructions
Foundation Chain
Chain 150. (For a wider wrap, add more chains in multiples of 10.)
Row 1
In the 4th chain from the hook, make 1 double crochet (DC). In each of the next 4 chains, make 1 DC. Chain 1, skip 1 chain, then make 5 DC in the next chain. Chain 1, skip 1 chain, repeat across the row. Turn.
Row 2
Chain 3 (this counts as your first DC). In the first chain space, make 1 DC, and 1 DC in each of the DCs across. In the chain space at the end, make 5 DC. Chain 1 and repeat across. Turn.
Carrying Color
Use Color A for the first 6 rows, and then switch to Color B for the next 6 rows. Continue this pattern until your wrap reaches desired length.
Final Row
Make a final row using Color A with a simple border of 1 SC in each stitch and 2 SC in corner stitches.
Finishing
Fasten off and weave in all ends. Block your wrap if necessary to enhance the texture.
